If i had to choose one release from my list this year to say that it was my favourite, I’d probably say it was Simon Scott’s Bunny. It’s an incredible album that builds so well on his previous work, which is also excellent.

However, this wee 7”, Tucson / Meredith & Iris, from the long gone (or so we thought) Carissa’s Wierd came as such a surprise that it managed to make me excited for more new music from them, and then desperately sad that it’ll probably never come.

That’s what this band does to people. They instill desperate sadness.
